No, you do not need to be home when we clean. We simply ask for easy access to your yard/gate, and we’ll handle the rest. Once the scooping is complete, we will send you a picture of your closed and secured gate.  You’ll come home to a fresh, clean yard—no stinky surprises!

Yes! Both are available as extra services. Our most popular is the weekly combo treatment (deodorize and sanitize), applied right after scooping. This combo not only freshens your yard but also helps kill harmful germs and viruses like parvovirus and Giardia. If you just want to keep things smelling nice, our deodorizing service is a great add-on too—without the full sanitizing. We just ask that you provide access to a water spigot so we can apply the treatments more thoroughly.

We collect, double bag, securely tie up, and safely dispose of pet waste in your designated bin, leaving your yard spotless. No lingering smells, no mess—just a clean space ready for relaxing, playing, or enjoying the outdoors with your furry friends.

Please call us 48 hours in advance, so we do not come to your property. Your visit credits will be reflected on your next month’s invoice.

As a professional pet waste removal service, our top priority is making sure your yard is clean, fresh, and free of waste after every visit. To help us do the best job possible, we kindly ask that your grass be regularly maintained.

When the grass is too tall, it makes it difficult to see and remove all the waste — and we don’t want to miss anything. Tall grass can hide poop, even from the most experienced scoopers, and we’re all about doing the job right the first time. We aim for perfection, and a well-maintained yard helps us deliver the high-quality service you expect and deserve.

Our scoopers love animals —but for everyone’s safety, we kindly ask that dogs be brought inside during service. Since our scoopers are new faces, even the friendliest dogs can get a little protective and territorial. This helps us avoid any accidental bites or nips keeping everyone safe and happy!

Great question! If your service day falls on a major holiday, we will skip that week’s cleanup and perform double doodie the following week.  Please note: You will still be charged, as there will be two weeks’ worth of waste to remove.

Your service frequency depends on how many pets you have and how clean you want your yard. Our most popular option is once weekly, which works great for most households. For multiple dogs or a super clean yard, you might prefer twice-weekly service.

Nope! Our recurring services are contract-free. You can cancel service anytime with just a 48-hour notice—giving you full flexibility without any long-term commitments.
